Bike bogs out at 3/4-wide open. Runs fine up to that point.

Cleaned carb
New needle and seat
Proper jetting, float height, and needle clip position
Reeds are good
Exhaust is clean
Compression is 140 cold
Good spark

Im leaning towards an ignition coil but I hate throwing parts at a problem.. anyone have any other ideas?

Have you done the filter on/filter off test?

It seems to run a little better with the filter off when you rev it, but not when you ride it.

I'm assuming you've changed the plug?
Air/vac leak?

No air leak, plug is good. I wonder if its crappy injector oil doing it.. Bike smokes dirty and I even adjusted the injector down

I know when Dylan had his PW 50 it ran a lot better after I took the injector system off and just used premix. This way you know what mixture the bike is getting for sure. If I remember corectly you can eliminate the injector without taking it right off the bike to run with premix and see if it helps. Good luck. :rockin:

:braap: I know you won't like this but you should have bought a CRF-F you can't hurt those things they run for 10 plus years on the original oil and a dirty air filter, they are next thing to indestructable. This coming from a guy who rides Suzuki's LOL
